Parliament has announced that 8 synthetic cannabis-like substances will be classified as prohibited substances throughout Australia from 8 July.

Australia’s state governments have already commenced introducing their own laws to ban these substances. The names of these substances are listed on the TGA’s page detailing the reasons for decisions relating to poisons. (Source: www.tga.gov.au).
