Robert Forbes photo Robert Forbes - Managing Director
Robert Forbes has been in the complementary medicine industry since 1980 and involved with regulatory affairs since the late 80s. Robert maintains a hands-on approach, fielding dozens of calls daily as well as being actively involved in industry associations and seminars locally and overseas. He is currently President of the Association of Therapeutic Goods Consultants in Australia and Vice President of the Consultants Association for the Natural Products Industry in the USA. To unwind after a day of regulatory affairs Robert enjoys recording and producing music CDs in his studio.

Felizitas Parr - Administration Manager
Felizitas Parr has been with the company since 1998, and since that time has been responsible for the company’s daily affairs. The administration department, with the assistance of our IT, accounting and other external contractors, help ensure the integrity of clients’ data, and the smooth flow of the company’s daily business dealings. Felizitas is actively involved in the world of art and culture and her passions are photography and the cinema.

Kate Durey - Regulatory Affairs Associate
BA (Hons), BHSc (Naturopathy), Dip Western Herbal Med, Dip Nutrition.
Kate joined RFA in September 2007. Prior to joining the RFA team Kate was involved in project management and held research assistant and technical support positions for leading healthcare companies. Kate, along with Kerry Martin, is an account manager for many of RFA’s clients. Kate is passionate about food; both cooking and eating it!

Samantha King - Regulatory Affais Associate
BASc (Food & Nutrition) MPHealth (Nutrition).
Samantha joined RFA early 2007. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food and Nutrition) and a Master of Public Health (Nutrition). Samantha has over 10 years experience in the Direct Selling Industry as a Product Development Director.
Samantha is an avid reader, devouring very thick novels at lightening speed!

Natalie Low - Regulatory Affairs Associate
BSc (Applied Chemistry).
Educated at the University of Technology, Sydney, Natalie has held analyst positions at the CSIRO and an environmental testing laboratory. She was employed as a Quality Control Chemist prior to her arrival at RFA early in 2002. Natalie plays a QA role at RFA, checking the details of advice prepared for clients. Although Natalie isn’t fond of the fluorescent orange uniform, she really enjoys volunteering for the State Emergency Service.

Kerry Martin - Regulatory Affairs Associate
B Naturopathy.
Kerry joined RFA in 2005. A qualified naturopath with a Bachelor of Naturopathy, Kerry is currently studying for a Masters degree in Public Health. She has a number of years experience in the complementary medicine industry in new product development, technical training and quality assurance prior to specialising in regulatory affairs. Kerry, along with Kate, is one of RFA’s account managers and primary contact point for clients. Kerry practices yoga and has many creative interests including photography, printmaking and travelling.
Alice Gentle - RFA Admin Team
Alice commenced work as RFA’s Administration Assistant in 2007, and she assists Felizitas maintain an efficient admin department and ensure the fish (and staff) are fed daily! When not at RFA, Alice is studying at the University of Sydney, completing a Master of Political Economy degree.

Sara Liardo - RFA Admin Team
Sara commenced work as RFA's bookkeeper in July 2007, she holds an Advanced Certificate in Accounting and has completed a Certificate in Office Administration. Her other interests include photography, horticulture, travel and cooking and she is currently learning Mandarin Chinese.
RFA Contractors
We are fortunate to have access to experienced external contractors who add expertise when needed. In particular, David Panasiak (Senior Associate, Food Regulations) who has been working with food regulations for the last 20 years including 5 years in the government’s food regulation secretariat, and Quentin Blades, (Senior Associate, GMP), one of Australia’s most experienced GMP consultants.
